Dana Point Development Corporation has received funding approval from the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority and the Nebraska Department of Economic Development for the Eastbrooke Gardens project in the City of Kearney, Nebraska.
The development will consist of sixteen (16) newly constructed family duplexes (32 separate units). Twenty-four (24) units will be three-bedroom, two-bath and eight (8) units will be four bedroom and two baths. Both will have attached garages.
The development will include extra amenities and upgrades such as vaulted ceilings, tray ceiling in master bedroom, crown molding, washers/dryers/dishwashers in each unit, brick/stone accents, extra storage, raised garden beds, some Green Built standards and more.
