Dana Point Development Corporation has received funding approval from the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority and the Nebraska Department of Economic Development for the Madison Villas project in the Cities of Madison and Norfolk, Nebraska.
The development will consist of twenty-four (24) family duplexes (48 units). Thirty-eight (38) units will be three-bedroom, two-bath and ten (10) units will four-bedroom, two-bath. Both will have attached garages.
The development will include extra amenities and upgrades such as back porches, washers/dryers/dishwashers in each unit, brick/stone accents, extra storage, raised garden beds, some Green Built standards and more.
