Dana Point Development Corporation is pleased to announce that construction has been completed at the Jack Estates project in Waverly.
Jack Estates consists of fifteen (15) newly constructed single-family homes. Twelve (12) homes are three-bedroom, two-baths and approximately 1450 square feet. Three (3) homes are four bedroom, two-bath, and approximately 1660 square feet. All homes will include two-car garages. Amenities include washer/dryers/dishwashers in each unit, brick/shutter accents, extra storage and raised garden beds.
