Dana Point Development Corporation has received funding approval from the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority and the Nebraska Department of Economic Development for the McCoy Meadows project in Grand Island.
McCoy Meadows will consist of sixty (60) newly constructed duplex units. Thirty-six (36) homes will be three-bedroom, two-baths and approximately 1608 square feet. Twenty-four (24) homes will be four bedroom, two-bath, and approximately 1661 square feet. All homes will include two-car garages. Amenities will include washer/dryers/dishwashers in each unit, brick/stone accents, extra storage and a raised garden beds.
