Dana Point Development Corporation has received funding approval from the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority and the Nebraska Department of Economic Development for the Laurelbrooke Estates project in Wahoo.
Wahoo Family will consist of eleven (11) newly constructed single-family homes. Six (6) homes will be three-bedroom, two-baths and approximately 1460 square feet. Two (2) homes will be four bedroom, two-bath, and approximately 1660 square feet. All homes will include two-car garages. Amenities will include washer/dryers/dishwashers in each unit, brick/shutter accents, extra storage and a raised garden beds.
