Dana Point Development Corporation is pleased to announce that construction has been completed at the Parkland Estates II project in North Platte.
Parkland Estates II consists of ten (10) newly constructed single-family homes. Eight (8) homes are three-bedroom, two-baths and approximately 1450 square feet. Two (2) homes are four bedroom, two-bath, and approximately 1600 square feet. All homes include two-car garages. Amenities include washer/dryers/dishwashers in each unit, brick/shutter accents, extra storage and a community garden.
